How do I take care of my plant?

Our basic plant care advice is to stick your finger into the soil to see if you feel moisture, most plants like to dry out completely prior to adding more water we recommend checking the soil every 3-5 days. When adding water add minimal amounts to avoid over watering. Pro tip for orchids, add a small ice cube per week which is usually a sufficient amount of water for them.

What can I do to make my flowers last longer?

We recommend changing water every day or two, cutting the stem at an angle about ½ inch. You can also add a teaspoon of sugar to give them a little food. Pro tip for tulips, add a penny to the water to help them perk up.

How long should my flowers last?

Flowers should last approximately 5 days but with proper care can sometimes last up to two weeks.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately, we may require a return prior to replacement or refund.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home when delivery is attempted?

Unless provided with instructions by you, we leave it up to our driver’s discretion to see if the area is safe to leave the item and if the weather permits him to do so.
